At Pearl Beauty Loft, all our Locs extensions products are handmade to order with great care and attention to detail. As each item is custom crafted, we do not offer refunds.
We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If there is an issue with your order upon arrival, please reach out to us within 24hrs of receiving your package, we’re happy to help resolve  any concerns related to damage or defects.

**Return/ Exchange Policy **
If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, we will gladly offer an exchange if reported to us within 24 hours of receiving your order, along with clear photos of the item and packaging, we do not offer refund.
