Our locs extensions are custom-made and require a minimum of 5 working days to be ready for delivery. Each unit is handcrafted upon order, so once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.
Delivery Timeframes
Lagos, Nigeria
Delivery within Lagos takes 1–2 working days.
Other Nigerian States
Interstate deliveries take 3–4 working days.
International Orders
All international orders are shipped via DHL and typically take 4-5 working days, depending on your location and customs processing times.
BULK ORDERS
Bulk order processing duration depends on the magnitude of the order placed.
Braiding Bundles
our braiding bundles are ready to ship within the following timeframes:
1. Lagos: 1–2 working days
2. Other Nigerian States: 3–4 business days
3. International Orders: 5–8 business days

- Delays in Delivery : Please note that The Pearl Beauty Loft is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to; Severe or adverse weather condition, Incomplete, incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer, Postal or courier service disruptions, customs delays, or other unforeseen logistical issues
